This was one of several wines that we tried in the Bar À Vin in Bordeaux itself. This wine is from Blaye, a commune north-west of Bordeaux on the right bank.
This wine was light and crisp. Very easy drinking. Even at a comparatively young 3 years old, there are some subtle secondary notes in there.
