Chevalier de Lascombes (2016)

This was one of several wines that we tried in the Bar À Vin in Bordeaux itself. Margaux is one of my favourite wines from Bordeaux. The appellation is approximately 15 miles north of Bordeaux, on the left bank.

This wine is the second wine of Château Lascombes, but I wouldn’t probably have known until I looked it up! Lots of complex aromas and flavours and a nice, long finish to it. Delightful!
