Castillo de Anna Gran Selección (2016)

·1 min
tasting spain valencia 2016

Visiting my in-laws for the first time in a couple of months. This wine was decanted already when we sat down to eat. My mother-in-law makes a fantastic goulasch and this sort of full-bodied wine should be a great accompaniment to it.

It wasn’t very pronounced on the nose. It was hard to discern any distinct aromas. On the palate there was a bit more, and it was a smooth drink. The body and tannins worked well with the goulasch, but again it wasn’t easy to pick out distinct flavours.
